A question about the sword and jade green tea infusion, too?

So I bought a jade sword Jing green tea Tea: http://jingtea.com/tea/green-tea/organic-jade-sword-green-tea-mao-jian, Now this could be that I'm paranoid, but this tea still contain all natural antioxidant benefits of green tea. I only ask this because there many different types of green tea that wants to make sure this type still benefit me? Also at the back of the package that tells leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Well, how I can leave to chance the tea leaves in a pot of three minutes and then take them out again? That makes no sense / in the meantime I'm taking my first cup of tea yet. Is this good or going to say there will be more caffeine in the cup that I have come. All answers will help thanks.
