I was think something like Japanese tea garden. We are going out for a friends birthday and he really likes Japanese culture and tea. AND IT CANT BE HIBACHI! because we are doing that the next day for someone else’s birthday.

ohhhh and we live in Central Jersey so it cant be anywhere too far!
