From my personal experience in trying to maintain a healthy weight and diet, I found that I tend generally to weight gain during
- I said emphatically
- I do not mean a lifestyle balance
- I not take the time to enjoy my meal
- I am not pay attention to what I eat
Drinking Chinese Tea has a number of benefits to the human body. Since tea has cooling properties, and a Chinese tea can be a good choice of refreshments during the hot season.
If all these claims on the Chinese tea are true, then we can all go to drink Chinese tea regularly to maintain healthy weight.
