Is this restaurent cheap for the first date???

I am a college student, and I asked this girl out to a dinner. I told her that I am going to take her out to my favorite place which is Vietnamese restaurant. I am a student from Korea, and this girl is half Chinese, quarter French, and quater Ecuadorian. She spent her childhood in Ecuador, and she has lived in the United States for about 7 years.

I admit that the food doesn’t cost 30 bucks per person(about 12 to 13), but they truly serve some authentic Vietnamese food, and the place is very quite and clean. And it’s a little far away from my campus, so it’s not well known to college students as well.

Last time, I was dating an American girl, and I took her to an expensive Japanese place, and they didn’t even serve authentic food. Sushi role and cream cheese combination was just ridiculous! It was only fancy and well decorated in European style not in Japanese style. They didn’t even serve green tea and wet towel before serving sushi, and they cut nigiri(fish) in a wrong way.

it sounds nice =] but why dont you ask her for her opinion on where you should go on your first date? it would be nice to go somewhere you both like [good luck]
