Weight loss?

I was currently on Zyprexa made me gain a lot of Presentation at about 6 months I gained 90 pounds. I do not know what do I really am scared to be overweigtht. I weigh 243 and I weight 150 I'm trying to excercise but not produce quick results. Does anyone know of any tea Chinese or herbal tea you can buy at the store to help you lose weight?

there really is no magic teas or pills "if there were, there would be obese. find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and tell you how many calories you need per day to maintain, remove 300-400cal beyond that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5 -8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day 8 glasses of water are complex carbohydrates for breakfast – they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, fat. of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
