Is it good to be mature at age 16?

I’ve been described as “16 going on 30″. Wow! Gee, what a compliment ey. I am 16 but by some mysterious bewildering force i look and act much older than i actually am. Now i don’t mean this in a way as i dress older than i am ie. VERY low cut tops and VERY high mini skirts. I have enough pride and intelligence in myself not to do this.I wear sex yet modest clothes. I’m not saying i’m a boring old fart, because i’m defiantly not I go to parties and have a right laugh but really, i’d appreciate a nice cup of tea in front of the telly more. Everyone i know and love tell me i’m very mature and this sets me apart from the crowd and relationships will be easier but i’ll probably have a boyfriend thats much older than me. Is this a good thing? opinions please…
