Easy 2 points! Is this good for todays eating? Help! trying to lose weight?
I’m 5′5 and 140 lbs. According to calorie intake calculators I need to take in around 1500 calories for fat loss and 1100 calories for extreme fat loss… so I’m shooting for staying within that range and also working out at least 5 days a week… either 45 min on an eliptical and resistance arm bands OR walking dog 30 min then eliptical 20 min… I do stair climbing when I can on top of those.
This is today:
Breakfast: Yogart 160 cal and Nutrigrain bar 140 cal.
Lunch: Subway 12 in. Veggie Delight 450 cal.
Dinner: 2 serving Egg Beaters 60 cal. and 100 Calorie English Muffin w/ 0 cal. spray butter
