who likes/loves sushi and what is your favorite sushi or japanese plate?

mine is shrimp tempura sushi! and anything tempura ohhh yeah and green tea ice cream!

I live in Japan, so I get the real thing. Maguro sushi (tuna) is great! All the stuff I’ve had in North America tends to be dry, especially the rice. But you haven’t actually had the great sushi until you try it fresh in Japan. But my favourite Japanese dish would have to be shrimp tempura.

Never heard of shrimp tempura sushi. Must be an American invention? Never seen that in Japan, actually.
